Coloque uma frigideira ao lume fritando os bifes na margarina e em lume forte juntar o açucar e as natas. Retire os bifes mal passados e tempere com sal e pimenta. Junte o caramelo por cima do bife. Noutro recipiente cozem-se as carnes e, depois de bem cozidas, cortam-se em bocados. Aloira-se a cebola com o azeite e junta-se o feijão com a água em que cozeu. De seguida juntam-se as carnes. O toque especial é dado pelo sal, salsa, o alho picado e a malagueta. Bata as gemas com o açúcar e com o alho picado juntando também um pouco de pimenta e sal a gosto.
